Digital Printing
Digital textile printing applies color to fabric via inkjet nozzles, enabling short runs, photographic detail, and rapid design changes. Performance hinges on the interaction between ink chemistry, pretreatment, printhead conditions, and post-processing. Our auxiliaries are formulated for reactive, disperse, acid, and pigment systems, including pre-coats for controlled absorption, humectants for nozzle open time, rheology modifiers for drop formation, anti-foams to stabilize prints, binders and crosslinkers for pigment fastness, chelators and pH buffers for color yield, and efficient wash-off and soaping agents after fixation. The result is sharper lines, higher color depth, cleaner backgrounds, and durable wash and rub fastness across cotton, polyester, nylon, and blended fabrics.
